This eight-lot subdivision over 100 acres in Indiana was born and reimagined due to a large-scale housing development that went bust after the great recession/ housing collapse.  Over the years, a few new homes, garages, additions, horse barns, and even a chicken coop started to dot the countryside.  All the structures have a commonality to each other in steeply pitched roof forms and relaxed exterior materials.
